Formula One can supply rebuild turbos and hybrid units from Turbo Dynamics, one of the countries leading turbo rebuilders. TD can supply / rebuild / modify turbos for almost any application. Hybrid turbos can be specified on a number of stages depending on the application, enabling the boost level to be increased dramatically without damaging the turbo unit. (engine modifications may be required to cope with additional boost pressure). Turbo Dynamics test and balance all turbos to 200’000rpm, which is approximately twice their normal operating speed. Balancing at this speed ensures that in normal use your turbo will be reliable and efficient for a number of years to come.

Dump Valves
Bailey
dump valves are our biggest seller, and are held in stock. Bailey valves are all of the piston type (no more split diaphragms!). Twin piston valves are available to combat stalling problems associated with modern fuel injected cars and recirculating valves that are a direct replacement for the Bosch plasic type (which commonly fail) fitted standard to many new turbocharged vehicles. (ie.the Audi/VW 1.8T engine.)
