Formula One are main agents for Kent and Piper cams, both companies can supply cams singley or some applications as a kit, kit contents vary with vehicle, so please call or e-mail for full kit details. Kent & Piper can also supply competition cam belts, followers, shim kits, valve springs, vernier pulleys, cam lube and timing chains.

Camshafts control the airflow into and out of the combustion chamber, and as such can provide very good power gains when correctly specified. As a general rule an increase in power at high revs will mean a reduction at low rpm, therefore if you want to use your car daily to drive through town, its probabally better to choose a ‘mild’ cam, if you want out and out power go for a ‘hotter’ cam. We can advise if you are unsure of quite how mad to go!
